Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka

Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Outside Dhaka

Delivery within 2–5 business days depending on location.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳120 – ৳150
Overses Depend on Destination Country and Courier Service
Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for minimum purchase amounts.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service in most areas of Bangladesh. Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number through SMS, email, or WhatsApp depending on the courier service.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unreachable or refuses the order, future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
